When I looked at the entries for this year, I either saw quizzes (some were a little interesting, some weren't) or entries filled with a lot of negativity. I don't expect people to be happy all the time, but I would've liked to have read one positive thing about yourself. Reading only negative things isn't a fun experience. Content wise, your diary didn't appeal to me very much.

Green is the main color used here, which suits your screen name. I loved the green flame animation, located at the top of your diary. The naked pic you have did take some time getting used to, but there's nothing wrong with it. It's very pretty, and I don't think it's inappropriate. It's artistic, not pornographic, IMO.
